SMS Terms & Conditions
How our text messaging program works, and how to opt in or out. Opting in is optional and never a condition of any service.
1. Our SMS Program
Approved Property Management ("we," "us," or "our") may send text (SMS) messages — such as responses to your inquiry, consultation follow-ups, and appointment reminders — to the mobile phone number you provide. These SMS Terms govern that messaging program and supplement our Privacy Policy.
2. Opt-In Is Optional
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can contact us, request a consultation, and work with Approved Property Management without agreeing to receive SMS messages.
3. How to Opt In
You may opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form, by texting us first, or by giving verbal or written consent to a member of our team. By opting in, you confirm that the mobile number provided belongs to you and you agree to receive text messages from Approved Property Management at that number.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the services you have requested.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier's standard rates will apply.
6. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

8. Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information — including phone numbers collected for SMS and the consent to be texted — with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages you have requested. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
